Muzic..

Hey!!

How do u feel after a Stressful day aah!! i really had today. Full of Issues and and i was damn busy with them .

So What do u feel when you fell stressed ?
* Laugh
* Eat something
* Talk to somebody (increase others' stress)
* Sing a song (other way to increase others' stress)
* Listen your fav. number

Listening muzic is very good option to relax youself .
Music , this is the only thing that can relax your mind faster than other and increase the productivity and creativity of mind. Hey have you heard about the Music Therepy , which uses music to heal.
